The Investor Advantage program features:
 

  • Excluding lease(s) on the subject property, no other income docs are needed
     

  • Vesting can be held in an LLC or Corporation
     

  • Cash-out (business purposes only) to 75% LTV
    (SFR, PUD, Townhome, Condo & 2-4 units)

     

  • Purchase & rate/term up to 80%.
    ≥1.00 minimum DSCR (debt service coverage ratio) required. 

     

  • Single-Family, Condos, PUDS and 2-4 (lower LTV’s) allowed
